What is the JCC (Japan Clear Creation)?
JCC stands for Japan Clear Creation.
On the surface, it looks like a prestigious art school. But in the underworld, it is the premier institution for training professional assassins. It is where Sakamoto, Nagumo, and Slur (Uzuki) honed their skills back in the day.
Think of it as U.A. High from My Hero Academia, but instead of hearing "Plus Ultra," you hear the sound of suppressed pistols. The curriculum includes classes like stealth, poison resistance, and espionage. Graduation means you get a license to kill. Failure usually means death.

Why Are They Infiltrating?
Sakamoto and Shin aren't there for a diploma.
They are infiltrating the school to find data on Slur (X), the series' main antagonist. The JCC's database holds the secrets of Slur's past as a student, secrets that the Order (the Assassin Association's elite) is desperate to keep buried.
This mission splits the team:
- Shin enters as a student (he barely passes the lethal entrance exam).
- Sakamoto enters as a... teacher? (Yes, it's as hilarious as it sounds).
Key Players to Watch
1. The Faculty (Satoda Sensei)
You think your teachers were scary? Satoda Sensei is a living legend. She taught the "Golden Generation" (Sakamoto, Nagumo, Uzuki). She is an old woman who can deflect bullets with a pen. Her role in this arc is crucial.
2. The Club Jam & Carolina Reaper
Slur's subordinates are also making moves inside the JCC. This leads to a three-way war between Sakamoto's group, the JCC student body, and Slur's terrorists.
This arc is where Sakamoto Days stops being a "gag manga with action" and becomes a full-blown Action Shonen juggernaut.
The fights in the JCC are creative, brutal, and claustrophobic. The hallway battles rival the choreography of The Raid. If you were waiting for the plot to thicken, the JCC arc pours concrete into the mix.
