Crunchyroll Locks PSYREN English Dub Premiere For October 19: Cast And Production Lineup Detailed

Cult survival action finally enters the Western broadcast pipeline. Crunchyroll confirmed the weekly English dub broadcast for PSYREN, locking its premiere for Monday, October 19.

Chambers Takes Voice Direction, Owen Fronts Cast

The English dub run places voice actor Dani Chambers in the voice director chair, supported by producer Zach Bolton and script adapter James Cheek. William Dewell handles mixing duties, with Jose Sandoval running engineering.

Leading the cast, Dylan Ray Owen voices protagonist Ageha Yoshina, opposite Kelly Greenshield as Sakurako Amamiya. Episode 1 character allocations flesh out the initial survival roster:

* Ageha: Dylan Ray Owen
* Amamiya: Kelly Greenshield
* Fubiki: Katelyn Barr
* Hiroki: Kevin D. Thelwell
* Miyake: Jacob Browning
* Nemesis Q: Abigail Blythe
* Okumura: Derrick Snow
* Saka: Mauricio Ortiz-Segura
* Usui: Daniel Van Thomas

The move marks another tactical simuldub push from the platform, keeping pace with catalog expansions like the long-awaited Black Clover Season 2 dub rollout.

Satelight Production Pedigree

Behind the adaptation, studio Satelight taps director Katsumi Ono (Skeleton Knight in Another World) to steer the series. Veteran writer Shin Yoshida—widely recognized for handling complex, high-stakes narratives in Naruto Shippuden, including the dramatic weight defining Itachi Uchiha's storyline—leads series composition.

Character designs stem from Akira Okuma, while a composite musical score is delivered by Takashi Omama, Tatsuhiko Seki, and Shu Kanematsu.

The narrative follows high schooler Ageha Yoshina, thrust into a lethal survival alternate realm after retrieving a mysterious red calling card tied to Amamiya's sudden disappearance.

The phone card holds credit, but surviving Psyren demands blood.
